There are many reasons why a home may not sell. Today I’m going to tell you about three of the top reasons why homes may not sell. These tips can’t guarantee you success in the real estate market but they can help you to avoid these common pitfalls.

Price

One of the top reasons why homes may not sell has to do with price. With a real estate professional on your side you’ll have access to the best information that can help you price your home competitively.

Condition
