Project Description: Interior: Scraped ceilings, removed 6-inch step-down and railing, eliminated soffits in bathrooms and kitchen, applied new interior paint, installed new flooring, windows, lighting, and plumbing fixtures, rerouted existing plumbing; redesigned and remodeled primary bathroom. Exterior: Repaired wood surfaces and built new patio fence, applied exterior paint, replaced drains, installed new exterior light fixtures, completed landscaping, and added a new pool enclosure.
